ONLINE COACHING
With our online coaching programme you will get personalised fitness and nutrition guidance, detailed workout plans tailored to your specific goals and ongoing support from your online trainer Mark Wylie. All of this will be done via our MW FITNESS App.
Online coaching is a great option if you are wanting accountability and results and are confident enough to train by yourself but need the support of an online trainer. There are videos of each exercise on your programme and the app will record your previous workouts enabling you to make progress each time. You will be able to track your progress by uploading your measurements, weight and photos every two weeks.

This is perfect for those who have already had 1-to-1 personal training and are looking to continue to develop a training programme. Whilst the majority of our clients are based in Guernsey the app can be used all over the world.
